Extensive Experience and Background

Before joining Arvind Ltd., Sunitha worked as CHRO at Ather Energy for eight years, where she was instrumental in shaping the company’s culture and leadership development initiatives.

She has also held leadership roles at Matrimony.com, AIG Systems, and Mphasis, gaining extensive experience in organisational design, talent strategy, and business transformation.

A recognised Organisational Culture expert, Sunitha has been part of the Group Relations India (GRI) community since 2015, contributing to several conferences exploring unconscious processes in individuals and groups and their influence on organisational evolution.

Sunitha’s interests extend beyond human resources. She is the author of “Dotting the Blemish and Other Stories,” a collection exploring women’s lives within patriarchal systems, and a prolific blogger who writes on politics, philosophy, and society.
