The premier agency under the Government of India, The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications for Graduates, Diploma & ITI for Apprenticeship training.

DRDO ARMAMENT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT (ARDE) invites Online Applications for the year 2023-24 from eligible Graduates, Diploma holders & ITI for undergoing Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and amended from time to time.

The below-mentioned apprenticeship is open:-

1. Graduate Engineer Apprentices: Candidates from Computer Engineering, Aero Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC) Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Production Engineering, & Instrumentation Engineering can apply for apprentices.

  • Number of Vacancies: 50
  • Monthly Stipend (in Rs.): 12,000/- Per Month
  • Location of Training: ARDE, Pashan, Pune -411021

First Class Engineering Degree (full-time course) in the respective discipline with at least 6.3 CGPA from a recognized Indian University/Institute (relaxed to a minimum of 5.3 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD candidates and relaxation applicable for reserved posts only).

2. Diploma Apprentices: Candidates from Computer Engineering, Aero Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC) Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Production Engineering, & Instrumentation Engineering can apply for apprentices.

  • Number of Vacancies: 25
  • Monthly Stipend (in Rs.): 11,000/- Per Month
  • Location of Training: ARDE, Pashan, Pune -411021

First Class Diploma in Engineering obtained from State Board of Technical Education/recognized Indian University (full-time course) in the respective discipline with 60% marks (relaxed to 50% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates wherein relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates only).

3. Trade (ITI) Apprentices Apprentices: Candidates first Class ITI (full-time course) in the respective discipline with 60% marks from an Indian Institute recognized by the State/ Government of India. (relaxed to 50% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates and relaxation applicable for reserved posts only).

  • Number of Vacancies: 25
  • Monthly Stipend (in Rs.): 10,000/- Per Month
  • Location of Training: ARDE, Pashan, Pune -411021
