AICTE and Glowlogics have announced openings for a three-month, full-time HR Internship at its on-site office in Dakshina Kannada, Mangalore. The internship is set to begin immediately, with applications open until March 11, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

The HR Intern will work closely with the Human Resources team, supporting day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

Key responsibilities include assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

Interns will also coordinate with candidates and internal teams on joining formalities, maintain HR records and attendance trackers, and support onboarding and orientation processes.

Additional duties include issuing offer and internship letters, ensuring adherence to company policies, and reporting daily updates to the HR lead.

Eligibility and Requirements

The opportunity is open to MBA students specializing in Human Resources who are available for a three-month duration and possess relevant skills and interest in HR functions.

Candidates must have strong communication skills, with proficiency in English being mandatory. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication is required.

The company is looking for individuals who can handle confidential information responsibly and are willing to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
