CMS Info Systems Appoints Saurabh Chaudhuri as SVP & Head- HR

CMS Info Systems has appointed Saurabh Chaudhuri as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, starting March 31, 2026.

He succeeds Sanjay Singh, who is retiring as Chief Human Resources Officer after nearly five years. In his new role, Saurabh will oversee the company’s HR function and drive key people processes across the organization.

Extensive Experience

Saurabh joins from Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where he worked as Global HR Lead for the Centre of Excellence.

In that role, he handled areas like rewards, talent management, learning, campus hiring, and people processes across regions such as India, SAARC, Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the United States, and Latin America.

He has more than 15 years of experience in HR leadership. His work includes performance management, rewards planning, HR tech, and managing large teams.

Before Godrej, he worked at udaan.com, leading HR for categories like FMCG, lifestyle, electronics, and B2C. He also supported HR plans for capital and corporate teams and was involved in the company’s IPO preparation.

Earlier, he worked with Aditya Birla Group, where he handled industrial relations, rewards, and HR support across local and global teams. He started his career with internships at Hindustan Unilever Limited and Siemens.

He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and another master’s degree in International Relations from Jadavpur University.
