HCCB, Bhopal Appoints Praveen Pathak as Factory HR Head

Praveen Pathak has joined Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) as Factory HR Head in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

In this role, he will handle plant-level HR strategy, with a focus on workforce productivity, industrial relations, and talent development to support strong manufacturing performance.

Extensive Experience

He brings over 17 years of HR experience across manufacturing and industrial sectors. Before joining HCCB, he worked at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. as Lead and Deputy General Manager – HR.

There, he managed plant HR and industrial relations for more than 1,000 employees. He helped reduce manpower costs by ₹15 crore through restructuring, reached a 96% employee engagement score, and rolled out the Darwinbox HRIS system.

He also supported stable industrial relations and long-term agreements.

Earlier in his career, he held key HR roles at DCM Shriram Ltd. and Mawana Sugars Ltd., where he managed HR operations, hiring, performance management, and employee engagement. He started his career at Welspun Steel, where he built his base in HR operations and workforce management.

Praveen has an MBA in HR and Marketing and an executive certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in association with SHRM.
