Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd Appoints Nandu Shinde as GM – HR

Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd., a manufacturer of polyester (BOPET) and high-performance films, has appointed Nandu Shinde as General Manager – Human Resources.

In his new role, Nandu will partner closely with business and plant leadership teams across the Western Region to strengthen leadership capability, talent development, employee relations, and engagement, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business priorities.

Extensive Experience

Nandu Shinde is a result-oriented HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and selection, payroll management, and statutory compliance. Known for his structured approach and people-centric mindset, he has consistently driven efficient HR processes and strengthened organizational effectiveness.

Prior to this, Nandu spent nearly 19 years with Varroc Engineering Ltd. as Plant HR Head. During his tenure, he led critical functions including HR policy formulation, industrial and employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment, administration, and employee welfare initiatives.

His long-standing experience in the manufacturing sector has equipped him with deep expertise in managing complex HR operations and workforce dynamics.

He holds a Master’s in Personnel Management (MPM) from Maulana Azad College, Aurangabad, and brings a strong foundation in HR strategy and operations.
