Religare Ropes in Dinkar Pawan as Director – HR from Deloitte

Religare Enterprises Limited has announced the appointment of Dinkar Pawan as Director – Human Resources to build a future-ready and performance-driven organisation.

Extensive Experience and Background

Dinkar brings over 16 years of extensive experience spanning human capital consulting, research, and the banking sector.

He joins Religare from Deloitte India, where he served as Director, leading executive compensation and rewards strategy engagements. During his tenure, he advised organisations across industries on performance management frameworks and talent strategies, establishing himself as a trusted expert in the field.

Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Aon Consulting and HSBC, gaining deep expertise in compensation design and financial services.

A recognised thought leader, Dinkar has contributed to prominent industry forums, sharing insights on executive remuneration, pay structures, and the growing shift towards performance-linked incentives.

He holds a Master of Science in Economics from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, where he was a gold medallist, and has also cleared CFA Levels I and II.
