JP Infra (Mumbai) Ropes in Deepti Mehra as Head- HR from Lodha Group

JP Infra (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Deepti Mehra as Head – Human Resources, effective March 2026.

Based in Mumbai, she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent management, and organization development as the business expands its real estate operations.

In her new role at JP Infra, Mehra will focus on building a strong workforce, improving employee experience, and aligning HR practices with the company’s growth plans in India’s real estate market.

Extensive Experience and Background

Mehra brings over 20 years of experience in hiring, HR change, and workforce planning. Before joining JP Infra, she was DVP – Talent Acquisition at Lodha.

There, she led hiring for new business areas, improved campus hiring programs, and helped move hiring processes to digital systems. She also worked on senior-level hiring and built alumni programs.

Earlier in her career, Mehra held leadership roles at ACC Limited and DP World. At ACC, she worked with business leaders on workforce changes across manufacturing, sales, and supply chain teams.

At DP World, she led hiring for ports and logistics operations, including senior roles and workforce planning across different locations.

She has also worked with Reliance Power and Bajaj Group, where she supported hiring changes, campus programs, and HR policy work.

She earned an MBA in HR from IMM Delhi (2003–2005) and a B.Sc. in Science from DSB Campus Nainital (2000–2003), building a strong academic base.
