Coforge Appoints Sreerakhi Sashidharan as Senior Director – HR

Coforge, an Indian multinational IT services company, has appointed Sreerakhi Sashidharan as Senior Director – Human Resources, starting in March 2026.

In her new role, Sreerakhi will focus on the company’s people and culture agenda.
She will oversee talent strategy, organizational growth, and employee experience, while supporting hiring plans and improving workplace culture across teams.

She will also help align HR practices with business goals and support the company’s growth plans. Her role will also include strengthening leadership pipelines and improving employee engagement across global teams.

Extensive Experience

Sreerakhi has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and operations across the tech and services sectors. Before joining Coforge, she was Head of Human Resources at Aggne, where she led people strategy and workforce programs.

She also worked at Tech Mahindra as Lead Operations Manager, gaining experience in business operations and delivery. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at RealPage, Inc., Belcan, [x]cube LABS, and spent several years at Genpact.

She holds an MBA from Western International University. She has also completed executive HR programs from XLRI Jamshedpur and the Chief Human Resources Officer program from IIM Lucknow.
