CHRO to EVP Strategy: Ruchi Kulhari Takes on New Role at Persistent Systems

Persistent Systems has appointed Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy & Execution. She was earlier the Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys.

Based in Princeton, New Jersey, United States, she will lead enterprise priorities, drive execution, and align leadership in close work with the CEO. Ruchi will connect strategy and execution, keep teams focused, maintain progress, and ensure delivery on the company’s key goals.

Welcoming her to Persistent Systems, Sandeep Kalra, CEO and Executive Director, said strong execution is key as the company expands its work in AI and platform-based services.

He added that Ruchi brings clear thinking, strong operations skills, and wide experience in leading company-wide change. These skills will help turn plans into clear results with speed and accountability.

Extensive Experience and Background

Ruchi brings over two decades of diverse leadership experience across global organizations.

Before joining Persistent Systems, she served as CHRO at Unisys. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Coforge, where she was Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President – Human Resources, and at EXL as Global Human Resources Business Partner.

She also spent over a decade at Infosys, contributing significantly to HR transformation and people strategy initiatives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has completed Executive Education in Organizational Change Management and Human Resources Development from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
