HCLTech is increasing its focus on hiring fresh graduates through campus programs. The goal is to help students move from college into full-time jobs with clear entry roles across different fields.

The program is open to engineering students (B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech), MBA and PGDM graduates, and students from streams like BBA, BSc, and BCom. There are also roles for candidates with CA, law, and PhD degrees.

With this approach, HCLTech aims to stay active in campus hiring across India and give freshers a strong start in tech, business, and corporate roles.

Clear Career Paths and Skill Growth

HCLTech focuses on helping new hires grow step by step. Most freshers start as Graduate Engineer Trainees or Management Trainees. In these roles, they work on real projects, team up with different groups, and learn from senior staff.

The company also supports ongoing learning. Employees can take part in training, earn certifications, and even study further while working. This helps them build both technical skills and leadership ability over time.

As they gain experience, employees can move into roles like Technical Lead, Project Manager, or other business positions.

Merit-Based Hiring with Growth in Pay

HCLTech uses a merit-based system called AMP (Ascend, Momentum, Polaris). This model rewards performance and skill level.

Starting pay is around ₹4.5 LPA, with chances to move up to ₹6 LPA or ₹10 LPA based on tests and performance. The hiring process usually includes tests for thinking ability, technical skills, and communication, followed by interviews.

The company also offers support and training to help candidates move to higher pay levels.
