Schindler India announces ‘New Year Time-Off’ a work-life balance initiative

Schindler India, a manufacturer of escalators, moving walkways, and elevators worldwide announces ‘New Year Time-Off’ a work-life balance initiative for the coming year 2022.

Under this initiative, Schindler India employees can block 5 continuous leaves at the beginning of the year from 1st to 5th Jan’22

Announcing the new initiative Sheetal Shah, Chief People Officer, India & South Asia at Schindler India said on Social Media, “In our endeavor to become a workplace that focuses on work-life balance, we just introduced, ‘New Year Time-Off’ – a block of 5 continuous leaves at the beginning of the year from 1st to 5th Jan’22, “

“The company wants to encourage personal time off so that each of us can re-energize ourselves for a smashing start to the new year!” She added.

Sheetal Shah further said, “Together, we will take a break, recharge, and get back only to be Bigger, Faster, Fitter in 2022!”
