Internship in Robotics & AI, Stipend ₹8000 /month, Apply by Jan 26

AICTE and Nihal Software are offering a full-time Robotics and AI internship for students and fresh graduates who want practical exposure in robotics, automation, and AI systems.

The internship will run for six weeks and will start immediately. Selected candidates will work with the Research and Development team on real projects involving robotic systems and AI-based solutions.

This role is based in Delhi, Faridabad, and Gurgaon. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 and a completion certificate at the end of the program. There are two openings for this role, and applications are open until 28 January 2026.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will assist in building, testing, and improving robotic systems using tools such as ROS, Gazebo, and TurtleBot.

The role includes helping develop AI-based features for object detection, movement control, and basic decision-making tasks. Interns will work with sensor data from cameras, LiDAR, and IMU to support robot movement and basic interaction.

The work also includes helping use machine learning tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV. Interns will support testing, fixing errors, and improving system performance. Basic documentation, progress reports, and team updates will also be part of the work.

Eligibility and Benefits

Candidates must be pursuing or have completed B.Tech, B.E., or an equivalent degree, with a focus on Automation and Robotics or related fields.

Applicants should have basic knowledge of Python or C++ and a general understanding of robotics and AI concepts. Familiarity with ROS, simulation tools, or hardware such as Raspberry Pi or Arduino is an added benefit. Applicants must be available full-time for six weeks.

Interns will gain hands-on work experience, guidance from skilled engineers, and exposure to live robotics projects. Based on performance, there may be an opportunity for a full-time role after the internship.
