Sheebu David quits Mahindra Group as EVP – Corporate HR & Ethics

One of the largest and most admired multinational federations of companies, Mahindra Group‘s Executive Vice President – Corporate HR & Ethics, Sheebu David has quit the organization.

Sheebu David has been associated with Mahindra & Mahindra for nearly one year. She had replaced Prince Augustine. Although, Mahindra has not yet to commented on this movement.

She is a senior HR professional with over 25 years of experience. Prior to the Mahindra Group, she was associated with GE Renewable Energy as HR Leader GE Renewable Energy – Onshore Wind APAC & China. And before this, she was CHRO at GE South Asia.

Earlier, Sheebu has been associated with GE Commercial Finance India, Perfetti Van Melle, HCL Comnet Systems & Services Ltd, and Shoppers Stop in HR leadership roles.

Sheebu holds PGDM, HR from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development. She is a B.Com (Hons), Commerce graduate from Jesus & Mary College.

In a bid to extend gender range throughout capabilities, utility automobile and tractor producer Mahindra & Mahindra appointed a number of women professionals in management positions last year.

These leaders included Sheebu David, EVP – Company HR, Asha Kharga, Chief Buyer and Model Officer, Nidhi Seksaria, Chief Threat Officer, Suman Mishra, CEO of Mahindra Electric, and Neha Anand, Head- Digital Advertising and Marketing.
