DIDAC India 2025 Kicks Off National Dialogue on Ethical AI in Education

The 15th edition, DIDAC India 2025, Asia’s largest and India’s only exhibition for education and skilling, commenced in New Delhi.
This event brings together government representatives and over 10,000 educational institutions to address a critical policy challenge: establishing a robust regulatory framework for the responsible use of futuristic technology in classrooms.
The organizers co-located the mega event with the inaugural DIDAC Skills, which is Asia’s first exhibition dedicated to future skills and workforce readiness.
Dignitaries including Shri Asim Arun and Prof. Anil Sahasrabudhe inaugurated the event.
DIDAC India 2025: White Paper to Guide AI Policy
The core agenda of the three-day summit revolves around the safe, equitable, and effective deployment of AI, ML, and Robotics.
The agenda applies this focus across the education sector.
India’s education system is undergoing a massive transformation, fueled by initiatives like “AI for All.”
These initiatives include policy roadmaps that will introduce AI education as early as Class 3 by 2026–27.
However, industry experts at the forum warned that ethical training must keep pace with technical progress.
The summit will culminate in the submission of a white paper to the Government of India.
This paper will detail strategic insights and policy recommendations generated by the national forum.
Aditya Gupta, CEO of the India Didactics Association (IDA), emphasized the necessity of this step, stating, “India’s advanced technologies trajectory in education must be built on a foundation of ethics and accountability.”
He added, “This forum will collaboratively establish robust governance frameworks that safeguard student interests and cultivate public confidence.”

TIESS hosts intensive deliberations featuring over 1,900 delegates and 300+ global speakers.
These sessions address policy implementation, best practices, and the integration of technology in curriculum.
Gaurav Sood, CEO & MD of Messe Stuttgart India, affirmed the goal: “Our mission is to make India the global hub of educational excellence and skilling for the coming decades.”
The high-profile engagement aims to ensure that technology translates into inclusive and equitable learning environments. This is crucial to prevent it from posing a new threat.
