HCLTech has officially launched AI Force 2.0, the next evolution of its proprietary service transformation platform.

Announced on April 1, 2026, the updated platform moves beyond traditional generative AI by integrating Agentic AI—a system where autonomous software agents can analyze data, make context-aware decisions, and execute multi-step tasks independently across enterprise workflows.

HCLTech AI Force 2.0: Unified Intelligence Fabric

AI Force 2.0 is designed as a model-agnostic, modular platform that unifies engineering, operations, and business applications into a single “intelligence fabric.”

Unlike earlier iterations that focused primarily on content generation, version 2.0 targets end-to-end automation.

It enables organizations to streamline complex lifecycles in software engineering, data management, and IT operations (ITOps).

The platform features an extensive library of prebuilt assets, including:

  • Agentic Studio: A dedicated space for designing and deploying custom AI agents tailored to specific business goals.
  • RAG Builder: Tools to create Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines that deliver responses grounded in an enterprise’s unique data.
  • Pre-configured Solutions: Specialized modules like AI Force.SoftwareAI Force.Data, and AI Force for SAP to de-risk migrations and accelerate modernization.

Measurable Productivity and Governance

HCLTech reports significant performance benchmarks for enterprises adopting the platform.

Early data suggests that AI Force 2.0 can accelerate software development by up to 30% and speed up legacy application modernization by as much as 60%.

It also claims to improve testing efficiency by 20–25% and DevOps acceleration by 15–20%.

To address corporate concerns regarding AI safety, the platform embeds Responsible AI evaluators.

These built-in guardrails ensure fairness, auditability, and trust by monitoring AI-driven decisions in real-time.

This governance framework allows large-scale organizations to scale AI adoption while maintaining strict security protocols and measurable ROI.

The Vision for 2026

According to Vijay Guntur, CTO and Head of Ecosystems at HCLTech, the platform allows clients to “fundamentally reimagine” their digital value chain.

By moving from manual handoffs to orchestrated, agent-led workflows, HCLTech aims to help global enterprises operate at unprecedented levels of agility and efficiency in a hyper-competitive tech landscape.
