Algoworks Appoints Ashish Banka as Vice President & Head – HR

Algoworks, a global technology services and solutions company, has appointed Ashish Banka as Vice President & Head – Human Resources, effective January 2026.

In his new role, he will lead people and culture across regions, aligning HR plans with business growth and digital goals. He will oversee global HR, hiring, rewards, engagement, and skill building.

He will strengthen leadership, organization design, and change efforts, while building strong people practices to support expansion.

Extensive Experience

Before joining Algoworks, Ashish worked as Global Head – Talent Acquisition and HRBP at Cradlewise, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 25 to over 200 employees and establishing its GCC in India.

With extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, global talent management, and organizational transformation, his appointment underscores Algoworks’ commitment to strengthening its people strategy to drive innovation-led growth.

Earlier, Ashish worked with Delhivery, Compass Group, Voltas Limited, and Reliance Retail, where he held senior HR roles across business units.

Previously, he also worked with Qatar Airways and Indian Railways. In these roles, he led hiring, workforce planning, leadership hiring, and people strategy, supporting business growth and building strong teams across regions and markets.
