Bhartiya Converge appoints Reethika Shetty as CHRO

Bhartiya Converge, an integrated platform launched by Bhartiya Urban to help global companies set up and scale their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, has appointed Reethika Shetty as its Chief Human Resources Officer.

Welcoming her, the company said, “We are pleased to have Reethika join Bhartiya Converge as Chief Human Resources Officer. Her deep experience in building and scaling teams across global organizations will play a key role as we grow our GCC platform.”

Extensive Experience

Reethika Shetty brings over 23 years of global experience in human resources and people & culture leadership. She has a proven track record in building and scaling organizations, leading enterprise-wide transformation, and driving talent strategies that align with business growth.

Her career spans senior leadership roles across consulting, technology, analytics, financial services, and shared services organizations across multiple geographies. She has consistently focused on creating strong people systems, strengthening leadership pipelines, and improving organizational performance.

Reethika joins Bhartiya Converge from Mu Sigma, where she served as Global Head of HR and Brand, leading enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives and talent strategy. Prior to that, she set up Tesco GBS India’s first profit center and was part of the team that scaled TIAA GBS from 10 to 1,000 employees in just 14 months.

She holds an Executive General Management Certification from the Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
