Capgemini appoints Vinisha S. as HR Head- Talent Mgmt & Strategic Initiatives

Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, has appointed Vinisha S. as HR Head – Talent Management & Strategic Initiatives, effective Jan 2026.

In her new role, Vinisha will lead talent programs across the organization and guide key HR efforts at the company level. Her work will focus on ensuring shared direction and alignment across Capgemini’s global teams.

She will oversee leadership development, succession planning, and the creation of strong employee capability frameworks, along with broader organization development priorities. The role is focused on governance and program design, while regional and functional HR teams will continue to manage execution at the local level.

Extensive Experience

She brings more than 20 years of HR experience and deep knowledge in shaping people strategy across different business settings.

Before joining Capgemini, she spent over 11 years at Hexaware Technologies, most recently as Assistant Vice President and Cluster HR Head, where she led HR strategy for several business clusters.

Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Ashok Piramal Group and Mahindra & Mahindra – Bristlecone India, gaining experience across both industrial and technology-driven companies.

She earned a postgraduate degree in business management, human resources from Mumbai University in 2024 and completed a leadership development program in strategy and leadership at IIM Calcutta between 2021 and 2022.
