Dabur Appoints Mohit Malhotra as Global Chief Executive Officer

Dabur India has elevated Mohit Malhotra as its Global Chief Executive Officer. The company shared the update in a regulatory filing. His new role took effect on February 17. He was earlier serving as Group CEO and Whole-time Director on the board.
In a related move, Dabur appointed Herjit S. Bhalla as Chief Executive Officer – India Business. His role will begin on April 15, 2026.
The changes are meant to bring a clearer focus to both global and India operations as the company continues to grow in local and overseas markets.
Extensive Experience and Background
Mohit studied Business Management at Leeds University Business School, earned an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and completed programs at Kellogg School of Management. He joined Dabur in 1994 as a Management Trainee.
Over the past 30 years, he has worked in many leadership roles across sales and marketing. He led several key business units, including a term as CEO of Dabur International in Dubai.
In that role, he expanded the company’s presence across the MENA region and Egypt. He later became CEO – India Business and was appointed CEO of the company in April 2019.
During his time as CEO, Dabur expanded its operations to more than 100 countries and strengthened its position as a global consumer goods company.
