In this new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent management, compliance, and HR transformation initiatives.

Pallavi is expected to play a pivotal role in building a future-ready, high-performance culture at Ferfier as the organization accelerates its growth journey.

Extensive Experience

Pallavi brings over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across global technology, consulting, and enterprise organizations.

Before joining Ferfier, she served at Amantya Technologies, CBRE, Thoughtworks, Sapient, Dell Technologies, Oracle, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Ocwen Financial Solutions.

Over the years, she has led large-scale client transitions, performance management transformations, succession planning frameworks, recruitment automation, and capability-building initiatives for diverse and distributed teams.

Pallavi holds an MBA in HR from Alliance Business Academy. She has also earned a Certification in HR Analytics and Human Resources Management from XLRI – VIL Programs in 2021, strengthening her expertise in data-driven HR practices.
