Myntra Appoints Jubin Kapasi as Vice President – HR
Myntra has elevated Jubin Kapasi as Vice President – Human Resources from his most recent role as Senior Director – Human Capital.
In his new role, he will handle the full people strategy across key business areas. This includes teams in technology, product, UX, platforms, and data science, along with support functions like finance, marketing, corporate communications, strategy, and business intelligence.
He will also work with customer experience and supply chain teams, including Myntra’s quick commerce service, “Mnow.”
He will lead HR Centres of Excellence, focusing on digital systems, shared services, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll. He will also take charge of Real Estate and Workplace (REW), managing office spaces and employee experience across India.
Extensive Experience
With close to two decades of experience in human capital management, Jubin has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities at Myntra.
Over the past year, he has taken on additional responsibilities, including leading campus hiring initiatives and overseeing talent acquisition, highlighting his ability to manage complex people strategies.
His elevation reflects Myntra’s confidence in his ability to design and execute robust talent strategies that align with evolving business priorities and support long-term growth.
Prior to Myntra, Jubin held senior HR leadership roles at Philips, Medtronic, Wells Fargo, Accenture, and Robert Bosch, building extensive experience across global organizations.
Jubin Kapasi holds a PGDBM in HR and Marketing from IBA Bangalore and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BMS College.
