SitusAMC Appoints Prakash Lakhiani as Head- People & Culture, Country Director, India

SitusAMC, a leading real estate finance solutions provider company, appoints Prakash Lakhiani as Head of People & Culture – Country Director, India, and a Member of Global Leadership Team. Effective from April 1, 2026.

In this role, he will drive people strategy, shape organizational culture, and strengthen talent across India operations, while aligning HR initiatives with global priorities and supporting the company’s broader business and growth objectives.

Extensive Experience

Prakash brings over 20 years of experience in human resources across global firms. He is known for linking HR plans with business growth.

Before joining SitusAMC, he worked at Prime Focus Technologies as Head – Human Resources and Vice President. There, he led HR changes for a team of more than 3,000 employees. His work focused on talent management, employee engagement, and the use of data to improve how teams perform.

Before that, he spent over 10 years at CBRE as Senior Associate Director – Human Resources. He handled many HR areas across India, including hiring, team development, and programs to support business growth.

Prakash has also held HR leadership roles at Regus and worked earlier with Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.

With his wide experience across sectors and regions, Prakash is expected to play a key role in driving SitusAMC’s people plans in India, building a strong work culture, and supporting the company’s growth in the region.
