RCF Ltd. Appoints Nanda Kulkarni as Executive Director (HRD)

Nanda Kulkarni has been appointed Executive Director (HRD) at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd).

This marks an important step in her nearly three years with the company. She assumed charge in February 2026 at the company’s headquarters in Chembur, Mumbai.

In her new role, Nanda Kulkarni will lead the Human Resources Development function. She will oversee workforce planning, talent management, training, performance reviews, and employee relations across all units.

She will work with senior leaders to align HR policies with business needs. Her focus will include leadership development, stable industrial relations, employee growth, and compliance with labor laws across the company.

Extensive Experience

Nanda brings over 30 years of experience in labor welfare, human resources, and industrial relations. She understands the structure and working style of public sector companies. Her experience has helped build stable labor relations and clear HR processes.

Before this, she served as Chief General Manager (HR) from April 2023 to February 2026. In that role, she focused on improving HR systems, employee engagement, and industrial relations across the organization. She led key initiatives in workforce planning, leadership training, and policy updates. Her efforts supported the company’s business targets and long-term plans.

She holds a Master of Labour Studies with a focus on Labour Welfare, HR, and Industrial Relations from LNML MILS, where she secured a First Class. She also earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce.
