Siemens Energy Appoints Ashwini Pavithran as Global Head of Talent Acquisition – Corporate Functions
Siemens Energy has elevated Ashwini Pavithran as Global Head of Talent Acquisition – Corporate Functions, effective January 2026.
In this role, she will lead global hiring for corporate functions. Her work will cover workforce planning, strategic sourcing, employer brand, and diversity efforts across key markets.
Extensive Experience and Background
Ashwini brings more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition. She has been with Siemens Energy for nearly six years. Most recently, she served as Regional Head- Talent Acquisition for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Before that, she led Talent Acquisition for the Middle East and Africa from the UAE.
During her time with the company, she built strong recruitment teams and put clear hiring frameworks in place. These efforts supported succession planning, talent management, and inclusive hiring.
Before joining Siemens Energy, Ashwini held senior talent roles at Siemens, where she managed recruitment across the Middle East. She also worked at McGraw-Hill Education, leading talent strategy for the Middle East and Africa.
Earlier in her career, she worked with First Gulf Bank, Johnson Controls, and Patni Computer Systems, which is now part of iGATE. In these roles, she managed both large-scale and specialized hiring across engineering, infrastructure, IT, and banking.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Osmania University.
