Supreme Group Appoints Amol Warty as Vice President – HR

Supreme Group has appointed Amol Warty as Vice President – Human Resources, effective February 2026.

Based in Mumbai, he will further strengthen Supreme Group’s people framework, foster a high-performance culture, and align HR priorities with the organization’s long-term growth and business objectives.

Extensive Experience

Amol brings over 25 years of experience across engineering and manufacturing-led organizations. Prior to this role, he served as Head- HR – India at Wipro PARI, where he managed HR operations for the India business and strengthened workforce planning and people processes.

Earlier, as Director – Human Resources at Crane India, part of Crane Co., he was a member of the India Leadership Team. He led key initiatives in succession planning, total rewards, organizational restructuring, and industrial relations.

He also played a strategic role in major projects, including plant relocation and corporate expansion, while institutionalizing structured talent acquisition and learning frameworks.

Amol previously held senior HR leadership positions at Thermax Limited, where he headed HR for the Boilers & Heaters Business Unit and later led Compensation & Benefits at the corporate level. He drove global compensation strategies, HRIS implementation, and supported large-scale manufacturing projects.
