Tata Electronics Appoints Sanjeev Sharma as Director- Talent Acquisition

Sanjeev Sharma has joined Tata Electronics as Director – Talent Acquisition, effective January 2026. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

In his new role, he will lead hiring to support Tata Electronics’ expanding operations, manage the entire recruitment process, strengthen the company’s employer reputation, and maintain consistent talent pipelines for key technology and manufacturing positions across India.

Extensive Experience

Sanjeev brings close to 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent leadership. He has a strong track record in building teams, setting up hiring processes that can scale, and working closely with business leaders to meet workforce plans.

Before joining Tata Electronics, he spent more than a decade at NXP Semiconductors. He served as India Talent Acquisition Leader and later as Regional Lead for Talent Acquisition in Noida.

During this time, he supported large hiring programs, set up sourcing plans, and worked with teams at different levels to meet tight hiring needs. His work included screening and closing key roles, advising on pay expectations, and managing hiring delivery within strict timelines.

Earlier, Sanjeev worked at Freescale Semiconductor as Senior Lead – Talent Acquisition. He also spent time at Tejas Networks as an HR Business Partner and Staffing Specialist, where he handled lateral hiring, campus recruitment at top institutes, onboarding, reporting, and compliance tasks.

He began his career as a Technical Recruiter at Alp Consulting Ltd.
