Tenon Group Appoints Ravi Parkash as Vice President – HR
Tenon Group, a global provider of security services, facility management, and remote monitoring, has appointed Ravi Parkash as Vice President – HR, effective February 2026.
In this role, Ravi will lead the company’s HR strategy across India. He will oversee talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and key people programs. His focus will be on building strong teams and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Ravi brings more than 16 years of experience in human resources. He rejoins Tenon Group after serving as Group Head – Human Resources at GroupL Services. During his time there, he managed HR operations for over a year and a half. He worked on improving workforce processes and strengthening employee engagement across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Ravi spent nearly five years with Tenon Group in senior roles, including Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager. In these positions, he supported succession planning, process improvement, and people management efforts. His earlier stint with the company gives him a strong understanding of its culture and operational needs.
Ravi has also worked with leading companies such as UNO MINDA Group, BEUMER India Pvt. Ltd., and Sandhar Components Ltd. His experience includes training and development, hiring, performance management systems, organizational development, MIS, administration, and event management.
He earned his MBA in Human Resources from Maharshi Dayanand University in 2008, graduating with First Grade. He also holds an LL.B. degree from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra.
