Decisiv Appoints Priyanka Chandel as Chief HR Officer

Decisiv has appointed Priyanka Chandel as its Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its leadership team during a period of steady growth and continued business expansion.

Commenting on Priyanka Chandel’s appointment, CEO Tim Hardin said her experience in technology and logistics will support the company’s focus on building a strong, people-first workplace.

He noted that while systems and data matter, success also depends on skilled teams and clear processes.

Role and Experience

In her new role, Priyanka will lead all HR functions, including hiring, team structure, performance management, and workplace culture.

Her focus will be on building strong teams and improving how people work across the company. She said she is excited to join a firm that has spent more than 25 years building a solid service network for the commercial vehicle sector.

Before joining Decisiv, she worked at Epicor Software as Human Resources Director. There, she led global HR programs, with a focus on employee experience, talent growth, and future leadership planning.

She holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Birla Institute of Management Technology and a certificate in hotel operations from Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
