Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital appoints Ramanathan V as CHRO

One Stop Super Specialty Hospital for complete eye care solutions, Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital has appointed Ramanathan V as Chief Human Resources Officer. He will report to Rahul Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer of the hospital.

He is a result-oriented HR professional with in-depth client-focused HR expertise gained through comprehensive experience in various HR roles in large multinationals and diversified conglomerates.

Ramanathan holds 15 years of industrial experience across BFSI, Healthcare, and Alcobev industries. Prior to Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, he was associated with United Breweries Ltd. (Heineken Group Company) as Head -Talent Management & Commercial HR.

His previous stints include working with GE Healthcare as HR Leader – Commercial & Services, GE Healthcare South Asia, and Deutsche Bank as Regional HR Advisor – Assistant Vice President.

He holds his M.A., Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and B.E., Electronics & Communication from the Bharath Institute Of Science And Technology.
