Procter & Gamble India Appoints Robin Thadathil as CHRO

Procter & Gamble India has elevated Robin Thadathil as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), starting April 1, 2026.

In this role, he will lead the company’s people strategy and support business goals across India. Robin brings many years of HR experience within P&G, having worked in different regions and roles. He will take over from PM Srinivas, who is stepping down to focus on other interests.

Extensive Experience

Robin has more than 16 years of experience in human resources at P&G. He has worked in several regions, including Singapore, the United States, and Southeast Asia. He joined the company in 2010 in Singapore and has handled roles across business teams, factory operations, and country HR leadership. Most recently, he led HR for Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, along with regional work for Olay.

He studied at Nanyang Technological University and earned a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Business Studies.

Commenting on the appointment, PM Srinivas said his time as CHRO was a privilege. He spoke about efforts to improve employee engagement, build a strong talent pipeline, and support an inclusive work culture. He added that he believes Robin will lead the company to strong results in both business and people growth.

Expressing his excitement, Robin said he is honored to return to India and take on this role. He shared that he looks forward to working with different teams and helping the company grow. He also noted his focus on building strong people practices.
