AICTE and Prari Workforce Solution LLP have announced a full-time HR & Admin Support Internship for students looking to gain real-world exposure to corporate work culture.

Based in Ahmednagar, the internship begins immediately and runs for 6 months, offering hands-on experience in both human resources and administrative functions.

Interns will assist departments in tasks such as recruitment coordination, documentation, employee support, office operations, communication management, data handling, and compliance reporting.

The program aims to build core professional skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, and digital documentation. Interns will closely shadow HR and operational professionals to learn how daily staff support systems, policies, onboarding, and corporate workflows operate in a functioning organization.

The internship offers 15 academic credits and concludes with an official AICTE-approved certificate.

Who Can Apply?

This internship is open to students from all educational backgrounds, including Diploma, Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering, BBA, BCom, MBA, and similar streams, who are willing to develop HR and administrative capabilities.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key eligibility requirements include:

  • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship
  • Immediate joining preference
  • Interest in HR, office administration, and people management

A total of 15 openings are available, and applications are accepted until 15 January 2026.
