Ferrari has announced it will award record-breaking annual bonuses to its workforce following a landmark financial performance in 2025.

On February 26, 2026, the Italian luxury carmaker confirmed that approximately 5,000 employees in Italy are eligible for performance-linked payouts of up to €14,900 (roughly $18,000).

This payout marks a significant increase from the €14,400 awarded the previous year, reflecting Ferrari’s continued trajectory of high profitability and its commitment to sharing success with its staff.

Ferrari Profits Surge Despite Lower Volume

The record bonuses come despite a slight dip in vehicle deliveries.

Ferrari shipped 13,640 units in 2025—112 fewer than in 2024—yet its financial metrics reached new heights.

Net revenues climbed 7% to €7.1 billion, while operating profit (EBIT) jumped 12% to €2.1 billion.

CEO Benedetto Vigna credited this “remarkable performance” to a rich product mix, increased personalizations, and strong sponsorship revenues.

The company’s strategy focuses on maintaining exclusivity and high margins rather than chasing sheer sales volume, a model that has effectively insulated its earnings.

Looking Ahead: The “Luce” and 2026 Outlook

Ferrari’s forward-looking indicators remain exceptionally strong.

During the earnings call, management revealed that production capacity for 2026 is already fully sold out, with order books stretching well into 2027.

The company is also preparing for a historic transition.

In 2026, Ferrari will launch five new models, headlined by its first-ever fully electric vehicle, the Luce.

By 2030, the company expects its portfolio to be split between 40% internal combustion engines, 40% hybrids, and 20% electric vehicles.

Despite the push for electrification, Benedetto emphasized that Ferrari will continue to innovate its iconic V6, V8, and V12 engines to meet performance and emissions benchmarks.

The record bonus serves as both a reward for a historic 2025 and a motivator for a workforce tasked with navigating the most significant technological evolution in the Prancing Horse’s history.
