Anarock Group, a leading independent real estate services firm, officially announced its entry into the Project Management and Engineering Services (PMES) sector on January 12, 2026.

Anarock designed this strategic expansion to transform the company into a comprehensive, one-stop solution provider that moves beyond brokerage and consultancy to manage the entire project lifecycle from concept to final delivery.

Strategic Expansion and Talent Acquisition

To fuel this new vertical, Anarock has hired approximately 550 professionals, hitting the ground running with a massive workforce.

Notably, reports indicate that Anarock recruited roughly 350 of these employees, including several senior leaders, from a major global property consulting firm.

This influx of experienced talent allows the firm to immediately manage over 40 million square feet of real estate across 42 active client contracts.

The leadership team for this vertical includes:

  • Amit Jaitly: Managing Director, West & North India
  • Tarunankur Nag: Managing Director, Central & East India
  • Veeresh S Manjunatha: Managing Director, Karnataka
  • Nishanth Kumar: Regional Director, Business Development (Pan-India)

Anarock Group Financial Targets and Market Opportunity

The PMES business will be a significant revenue driver for the group.

Anarock Chairman Anuj Puri stated that the vertical will generate ₹125 crore in revenue. This target will be achieved during the 2026-27 fiscal year.

The company has already secured contracts with estimated consultancy fees of ₹80 crore.

Looking further ahead, the firm aims to scale this business to ₹300 crore by FY28, contributing to a group-wide revenue target of ₹1,100 crore.

This move capitalizes on India’s booming Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) market, which holds a value of $69.28 billion in 2025 and carries a projected growth to $105.96 billion by 2030.

Service Offerings and Tech Integration

The new division offers a wide array of services including:

  • Project & Construction Management: Oversight of base-build and fit-out projects.
  • Turnkey & Design-Build Solutions: End-to-end execution frameworks.
  • Project Advisory: Strategic guidance on project viability and cost efficiency.

Anarock is integrating proprietary digital dashboards and workflow systems to ensure real-time tracking.

Anuj emphasized that the launch responds to a growing demand for the “Anarock trademark of accountability and transparency,” ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
