Wipro WILP FY26 Hiring Drive: Fresh Graduates Apply by Nov 30

Wipro offers a Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP), an exceptional opportunity for BCA and B.Sc. graduates to join one of India’s leading technology organizations as they begin their professional journey.

Through WILP, selected candidates can pursue a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree from a premier academic institution in India, with the entire program fully sponsored by Wipro, enabling them to learn, earn, and grow simultaneously

The initiative serves as a bridge between academic learning and real-world application, equipping participants to build successful technology careers while continuing their education.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible candidates must have successfully passed their 10th and 12th standards, holding at least 60% or a 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines) in graduation.

The program is open to candidates graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.

Applicants must have studied core Mathematics during graduation, as Business or Applied Mathematics will not be considered. Open school or distance learning is acceptable only for 10th and 12th standards.

A maximum education gap of three years is allowed between 10th and the start of graduation, but no gaps are permitted during graduation itself. Eligible candidates must be Indian citizens or hold a PIO/OCI card.

Bhutan and Nepal nationals are required to submit citizenship certificates. Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

Selection Process and Terms

The multi-stage selection process begins with an online assessment comprising four sections—Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, and a Written Communication Test—over 80 minutes.

Successful candidates proceed to a voice assessment, followed by a final business discussion round. Selected candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) and must complete pre-skilling training before receiving their final offer letter.

A service agreement of 60 months applies, with a pro-rata payback of the joining bonus in case of early resignation. Wipro reserves the right to manage candidate participation, assessment outcomes, and offers at its discretion.

Any malpractice or fraudulent behavior detected during any stage will result in immediate disqualification and further action as deemed necessary.
