Internship in Robotics & AI, Stipend ₹8000 /month
Nihal Software has opened applications for its Robotics & Artificial Intelligence Internship, offering engineering students a chance to gain hands-on experience in next-generation automation and intelligent systems.
The full-time, six-week program begins immediately and is available across Delhi, Faridabad, and Gurgaon. Applications close on 13 December 2025.
The internship provides a structured opportunity to work with the company’s R&D division, where selected candidates will contribute to real-world robotics projects integrating computer vision, machine learning, and autonomous navigation.
The role carries a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 and includes a U.S.-based certificate upon completion.
Hands-on Exposure to Advanced Robotics
Interns will assist in designing, simulating, and programming robotic systems using platforms such as ROS, Gazebo, and TurtleBot.
They will work on developing AI-driven algorithms for perception, object detection, and motion planning while handling sensor data from cameras, LiDAR, and IMU systems to support autonomous navigation and human-robot interaction.
The role further involves integrating machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
Interns will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to test, debug, and refine robotic applications, while also contributing to technical documentation and research presentations.
Skill Requirements
The program is open to students pursuing a B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent degree with specialisations in Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
Candidates must possess a basic understanding of Python or C++ and familiarity with the Robot Operating System (ROS). Knowledge of simulation tools such as Gazebo, MoveIt, or Webots, and foundational AI/ML concepts is essential.
Preferred skills include experience with OpenCV, YOLO, SLAM, path-planning, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Jetson Nano, and exposure to generative AI or voice-based assistants.
