This Financial Services firm creates 5,000 jobs across India

BizDateUp, a leading startup ecosystem enabler, has achieved a major milestone by facilitating the creation of nearly 5,000 employment opportunities/ jobs across India.

With a strong focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities such as Nashik (75), Kochi (40), Jaipur (250), Patiala (48), and Vapi (50), BizDateUp is driving India’s regional startup expansion, helping ventures scale beyond metro markets.

Expanding footprint in metro and emerging hubs

While smaller cities continue to gain momentum, BizDateUp’s initiatives have also spurred job creation across Tier 1 business hubs, including Bengaluru (3,351), Mumbai (517), Ahmedabad (145), Pune (103), Noida (55), and Gurugram (120) — underscoring the company’s growing influence in India’s entrepreneurial landscape.

India’s next innovation wave is from smaller cities

Reflecting on this achievement, Jeet Chandan, Managing Director of BizDateUp, said, “India’s startup revolution is no longer confined to metros. The next wave of innovation is coming from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where talent and ambition are abundant. “

Recent jobs data reinforces this trend — hiring in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities grew 21% year-on-year in September 2025, outpacing the 14% growth in major metros.

This surge, driven by the expansion of e-commerce, retail, and tech-led industries, highlights how smaller cities are emerging as vibrant innovation centers.
