As part of the deal, Wipro will modernize Odido’s digital and enterprise systems, simplify its underlying IT architecture, and automate critical workflows using its flagship Wipro Intelligence™ platforms—WEGA and WINGS.
These platforms will help standardize operations, enhance reliability, speed up incident management, and introduce multilingual conversational AI for improved self-service capabilities. Together, they create a more agile, intelligent, and customer-friendly technology environment.
A key differentiator in this transformation is Wipro’s Designit-powered studio, which embeds human-centric design principles early in the development lifecycle.
