Radisson Hotels is Partnering with Tech Giants to Redefine Modern Hospitality


Radisson Hotel Group has announced a landmark strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Deloitte to accelerate its global digital transformation.
This multi-year initiative aims to migrate the group’s core infrastructure to the cloud, moving away from traditional data centers to a more agile, scalable, and data-driven operational model.
Radisson Hotels Building a Digital-First Hospitality Core
The partnership centers on transitioning Radisson’s mission-critical systems, including its Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS), to AWS.
Deloitte is serving as the lead strategic integrator, providing the technical framework to ensure a seamless transition across Radisson’s global portfolio of over 1,100 hotels.
By leveraging AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure, Radisson aims to reduce technical debt while significantly increasing its speed-to-market for new digital features.
Enhancing Guest Experience through Data and AI
A primary objective of this transformation is to unify guest data across all touchpoints.
By utilizing AWS’s advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities, Radisson plans to offer hyper-personalized experiences, from tailored booking offers to specialized on-property services.
The integration of Generative AI tools is also expected to streamline internal operations, allowing staff to focus more on guest interaction rather than administrative manual tasks.

Radisson Hotels Operational Efficiency and Sustainability
The shift to the cloud is not only a technological upgrade but a sustainability milestone.
Radisson expects to significantly reduce its carbon footprint by decommissioning physical servers and utilizing AWS’s energy-efficient data centers.
Furthermore, the partnership with Deloitte introduces automated financial and supply chain management tools, enabling real-time insights into hotel performance and resource allocation.
This level of visibility is designed to help hotel owners and franchisees optimize their margins in an increasingly competitive global market.
