Allianz Technology Appoints Mansi Nigam as Chief People and Culture Officer, India

Allianz Technology has appointed Mansi Nigam as Chief People and Culture Officer for India, starting in March 2026.

In her new role, based in Pune, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, leadership growth, and company culture.

Allianz Technology is expanding its operations in India, with an emphasis on building a strong workforce and promoting a culture that supports new ideas and inclusion.

Extensive Experience and Background

Mansi Nigam joins Allianz Technology after working at BNY, where she was Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner for Global Fund Services Operations and India Operations.

In this role, she handled HR strategy for large teams, working closely with business leaders on talent planning, succession, and team performance across regions.

She has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Her background includes strong work in HR leadership, managing stakeholders, and building effective teams.

Before BNY, she held key roles at Syngenta, where she led People and Organization Development for South Asia, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she worked on talent and leadership programs in India.

She started her career at Tata Consultancy Services and has worked across industries such as technology, financial services, and agriculture.

Nigam holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and is known for her clear thinking and ability to connect people practices with business goals.
