Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Appoints Arijit Das as HR Head for Russia

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has stepped Arijit Das into the role of HR Head for its Russia business. He is based in Moscow and took on the role in March 2026.

In his new role, he will lead HR work in Russia, with a focus on team strength, talent growth, and company culture in a changing market.

Extensive Experience

Before this, Arijit worked as Group HR Head for APAC, Emerging Markets Headquarters, and Innovative Assets at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. In that role, he led people strategy across fast-growing markets and worked closely with business goals.

Arijit has more than a decade of HR experience. Earlier, he worked at Mondelēz International, where he handled HR for sales across North and East regions in India, as well as Nepal, and also worked with teams in Bangladesh.

He also spent many years at Cipla in roles focused on business HR, rewards, and talent, supporting large teams across regions.

He started his career at ITC Limited and Hindalco Industries and was part of a leadership program at Aditya Birla Group.

Arijit Das holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, where he studied from 2012 to 2014 and earned a grade of 6.099 out of 8. He also completed an MBA in Business Administration from Tulane University – A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2013.
