Altimetrik Appoints Dhirendra Nath as Global CHRO

Digital business services company Altimetrik has appointed Dhirendra Nath as its Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Based in Bengaluru, he will lead Altimetrik’s global people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives.

In his role as Global CHRO, he will focus on strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee experience, and building scalable talent and workforce strategies to support the company’s continued global growth and digital business expansion.

Extensive Experience

Dhirendra Nath brings over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership across technology, consulting, and global services organizations.

Prior to joining Altimetrik, Dhirendra served as President and Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group for more than eight years. During his tenure, he led enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives, workforce strategy, and leadership development programs that supported the company’s digital and global expansion.

Earlier in his career, he spent over 11 years with Wipro, where he held multiple HR leadership roles across global markets. As HR Leader for Product Engineering Services, he supported one of the company’s largest business units delivering services across chip design, embedded software, and engineering services. Dhirendra also played a key role in building Wipro’s Social, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud (SMAC) capability and helped drive the transformation of the company’s sales organization.

Before Wipro, Dhirendra held HR leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Pantaloon Retail India Ltd, where he contributed to organizational development, talent engagement, and large-scale HR transformation programs.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, further strengthening his academic grounding in people and leadership practices.
