Lumax Auto Technologies Appoints Pooja Minocha as SVP & CHRO
Lumax Auto Technologies has appointed Pooja Minocha as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective March 5, 2026.
In this role, she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on strengthening leadership capability, driving workforce transformation, and aligning people initiatives with the company’s long-term growth and innovation agenda.
Extensive Experience
Pooja brings over 22 years of experience in human resources across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, insurance, and consumer goods. She has built a strong track record in driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and leadership development across large and evolving businesses.
Before joining Lumax Auto Technologies, Pooja most recently served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Bata India, where she led the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives. Her work focused on strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing employee experience, and aligning workforce strategy with business growth.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at MSD India, Advanz Pharma, and Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Across these organisations, she gained extensive experience in organisation development, executive talent management, workforce transformation, and compensation strategy, contributing to business transformation and building high-performing teams.
Pooja Minocha holds an MBA in HR from ITM Group of Institutions and a B.Com from SIES College, Mumbai.
