Health Prime Appoints Nidhi Bajaj as VP – HR from Concentrix

Health Prime, a leading healthcare revenue cycle solutions provider, has appointed Nidhi Bajaj as Vice President – Human Resources, India.

Based in Vadodara, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on improving the employee experience, building stronger teams, and creating a positive work culture for India Business.

Her work will aim to support employee growth, boost engagement, and align team efforts with the company’s goals for long-term success and stability.

Extensive Experience

Nidhi brings more than 20 years of experience in HR and business roles across sectors. Before joining Health Prime, she worked at Concentrix for over 11 years, most recently as Associate Director – Human Resources.

During that time, she helped improve HR processes, build strong talent systems, and use data to support better decisions. Her work supported business goals while keeping employee needs in focus.

Earlier in her career, Nidhi spent several years at Wipro. She held roles such as Training Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager. These roles helped her build a solid base in learning, team support, and operations. She also has early experience in customer service and hospitality, which adds to her practical and people-first approach.

Nidhi is currently part of the Emerging CHRO program at Indian Institute of Management Indore. This program is helping her sharpen her leadership skills in HR.
