WNS, Part of Capgemini Appoints Thomas Joseph as Chief People Officer

WNS, part of Capgemini, a global Agentic AI-powered intelligent operations and transformation company, has appointed Thomas Joseph as Chief People Officer.

Joseph took charge in March 2026 and now leads the full people and talent agenda for more than 66,000 employees across 65 locations in Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and Latin America.

His new role includes shaping HR strategy, building strong leadership pipelines, and strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across the organization. He will also work closely with business leaders to align people plans with company goals and growth priorities.

Extensive Experience

With nearly 30 years of experience, Joseph has worked across business process management, manufacturing, and services. He has spent over 18 years at WNS and brings strong knowledge of the company’s culture and operations.

Before this role, he served as Executive Vice President – HR at WNS Global Services, where he led large global programs, including company structure changes, leadership frameworks, and talent strategies.

During his career, he has handled mergers and acquisitions, set up new operations, and led technology-based HR programs. He has also worked with IBM Daksh, Tata Business Support Services Limited, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services, and Videocon Narmada Glass.

In his expanded role, Joseph will focus on workforce planning, improving employee experience, and building a strong culture centered on teamwork, fresh ideas, and consistent performance across WNS’s global operations.
