Accenture Appoints Rakhi Madaan as Managing Director

Accenture has promoted Rakhi Madaan to Managing Director, recognizing her leadership contributions after serving as Associate Director.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Rakhi has been associated with Accenture for nearly 15 years and has built an impressive leadership journey across technology, software engineering, enterprise delivery, and digital transformation.

Before elevation, she served as Associate Director and earlier held the position of Vice President – Technology, where she played a key role in driving strategic technology initiatives and business transformation programs.

During her tenure at Accenture, she progressed through several leadership positions, including Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Associate Manager, and Software Engineer Team Lead.

Her steady rise through the ranks reflects her expertise in enterprise technology solutions, commitment to innovation, and strong leadership capabilities.

Before joining Accenture, Rakhi spent more than seven years with SAIC in various engineering and leadership roles. She also worked with NIIT Technologies and MPS Cloud Software Pvt. Ltd., strengthening her foundation in software development and technology delivery.

Rakhi completed leadership programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
