SHL Appoints Paramita C. as Chief People Officer

Based in London, Paramita will, in her new role, oversee SHL’s global people agenda, driving talent, leadership, culture, and workforce transformation.

Extensive Experience

Paramita brings more than two decades of experience in human resources, talent development, learning, and business partnering across global organizations.

Before joining SHL, she served as Vice President, Global HR Business Partnering at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she partnered with business leaders to advance people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation.

Prior to that, she spent over 14 years at PayPal in a series of senior leadership roles, including Senior Director, HRBP Leader for Global Marketing and Consumer Product Group, Senior Director, HRBP Leader for Global Customer Operations, and Senior Director, Talent Development & Learning.

During her tenure, she led HR, learning, and talent initiatives that supported employee development and business growth across global teams.

Earlier in her career, Paramita held roles at Dell Technologies, SAP, and HP, building expertise in training, education, and workforce capability development.
