Pacific Inter-Link Appoints Kiran Dhillon as CHRO

Pacific Inter-Link (PIL) has appointed Kiran Dhillon as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 1, 2026. She brings 28 years of HR experience, including over 18 years in leadership roles.

In her new role, Kiran will lead PIL’s regional HR function and work with its businesses across Malaysia, Indonesia and Africa. Her responsibilities include supporting people, culture and organisational capabilities as the group continues to grow.

Extensive Experience

Kiran was most recently Senior Partner at Talentbook Solutions, where she focused on talent solutions, helping clients find professionals with the right skills, experience and cultural fit.

Before this, she worked at Brightstar Corp. as Director – APAC Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partner, managing HR service delivery and total rewards for the Asia-Pacific region.

She served as HR Director (Asia) at iProperty Group for nearly three years, handling talent management, succession planning, organisational development and HR operations across regional markets. She also supported business integrations and the company’s integration into REA Group.

Kiran previously worked at Pacific Inter-Link as Regional Head of HR, Asia, for one year. During this period, she helped introduce an Employee Service Centre, an HR Business Partnering model and a Centre of Excellence for HR.

Her earlier roles include Director, Human Resources, at SAS; HR Business Partner at AET Tanker Holdings; Head of People & Culture at MYOB; and Group Human Resource Manager at Henkel. Her experience spans technology, real estate, shipping, analytics and consumer businesses.

Kiran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University, which she attended from 1994 to 1996.
