iCIMS Appoints Nupur Shravan as Director – Talent

iCIMS, a leading cloud-based human resources and talent acquisition software company, has appointed Nupur Shravan as Director – Talent.

In her new role, Shravan will focus on the organisation’s talent and culture agenda, working on people practices, employee experience and HR initiatives aligned with business needs.

Extensive Experience

Shravan has around 15 years of experience across HR and customer service roles. Most recently, she worked at Seismic as Director – HR Business Partner, a position she held for nearly two years. Her work history reflects experience in HR business partnering, employee engagement and performance management.

Before Seismic, she spent over three years at Quantium as Lead Human Resource Business Partner. Her responsibilities covered HR business partnering and employee-related functions, including performance management and engagement.

Earlier, Shravan worked at CDK Global as Assistant Manager – HR for four years. She also served as Senior Associate Lead – HR at Infosys, where she worked for over a year.

Her earlier experience includes working as Assistant Manager HR at Kewill for around one and a half years and as HR Executive at C3i Support Services for eight months.

She began her listed professional career at HSBC, where she worked as a Customer Service Executive for around one and a half years.

Her career spans technology, analytics, software and customer service organisations, with experience in HR operations and business partnering.

Shravan holds a MBA in Human Resources from Wigan & Leigh College (India) Ltd. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ravenshaw University.
