Shivani Hazari Appointed Group Head HR at Jindal Steel Limited

Shivani Hazari has been appointed Group Head- Human Resources at Jindal Steel Ltd. Most recently, she held Group President and Group Head, Leadership Advisory, JSP Group Advisory

In her new role, Shivani will head Human Resources at the group level. Her responsibilities are expected to cover HR across the group’s businesses, although the company has not publicly detailed the specific scope of her new role.

Extensive Experience

Shivani brings extensive experience in executive search, leadership advisory and talent management.

Before her current appointment, she served as President and Group Head, Leadership Advisory, at JSP Group Advisory, where she worked on leadership talent and capability across businesses in steel, power, renewables, mining, green steel, cement and construction solutions.

Before joining JSP Group Advisory, she spent 11 years at Sheffield Haworth as Managing Director, India.

She led the firm’s India business, managed its operations across Gurugram, Mumbai and Bengaluru, and handled senior executive search and talent management assignments across industries, including manufacturing, automotive, engineering, metals and mining, healthcare, technology, consumer goods, real estate and education.

Earlier, Shivani worked at EWK International, where she progressed from Managing Consultant to Principal and Director over six years.

Her work included executive search assignments across Asia, particularly India and the Middle East, covering financial services, private equity, education, retail, consumer goods, oil and gas, and industrial sectors.

She began her career in executive search at Egon Zehnder International, working in its Financial Services Practice Group, and later worked as a Consultant at Korn Ferry in Dubai.

Shivani holds a Master of Business Economics degree from Delhi University and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
